Integration with the Gestión Aguas API. It allows working with contacts and available operational information; internal alerts to the system are configured according to the enabled functions.
See the path for water distributorsThe connector uses the e-Max API and its access token. The mapping determines which fields reach the record and the assistant's context.
See collections managementThe connection uses the provider's credentials. Account, web-access or payment-link functions are enabled only where the API and the configuration allow it.
See the customer portalWith Gestión Aguas / AIRTECH: your customers with their details, the debt, the running-account history, the credit balance, the routes with their delivery days and the next visit. It syncs on its own, every night.
See sales and ordersEvery validated payment is reported to your system as just another payment and Cobratia confirms when it was applied: during the day, every half hour, or on the spot with "Sync with your ERP". And when a new customer comes in, their alias reaches their record.
See payment validationIf your system has a delivery app, the alert for a validated payment reaches the driver right there, in the app they already use. If not, by WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
See how it all connectsNot every capability of an API is implemented, nor is every one enabled by default. Credentials are configured through secure channels: they're never included in sales forms, public documents or demo messages.
Cobratia also has functions for your own contacts and operations: your contacts come in from an Excel or CSV file, without deleting anything, and the CRM keeps track of each one. First we define who maintains the data and which modules you need. We don't mix that mode with that of a company whose debt belongs to an external system.
What people ask us most before getting started. If something's missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
No. The integration imports the agreed information to serve, sell or collect. The ERP keeps the source of truth for its balances and the fields that belong to it.
No. Data reads, internal alerts and available operations depend on the provider's API and your company's permissions. The scope is validated before enabling it.
We review its API or an export sample and agree on a scope. We don't promise a ready-made integration without first verifying how it delivers the data.
Only what's agreed and where the API allows it. With Gestión Aguas / AIRTECH, Cobratia reports the payments it validated, loads each new customer's alias and sends the alerts for the delivery app. Payments are reported as just another payment: your system posts them and Cobratia confirms they were applied.
You load your contacts from an Excel or CSV file, just as you have them: Cobratia recognizes the columns and never deletes data that was already there. They also get added on their own through conversations.
First we understand your operation. Then we define the data, the rules and the people involved.
