📣 Alert: pending for delivery day
No app to download, no form, no user account to create. Your customer writes to you on WhatsApp as they always do, and on the other side the assistant shows them your catalog —products or services—, quotes with the price that applies to them, confirms and creates the order, for whatever quantities and to whatever address is needed. At that same moment the alert reaches every person on your team who needs to know.
Look at the order of things: first it asks what they need and how much, then it quotes with that customer's price, accepts whatever address the customer gives even if it isn't the usual one, offers the delivery days for their area and only at the end —once the customer said yes— creates the order.
That "is that all right?" isn't a courtesy. It's the difference between preparing what the customer asked for and preparing what the assistant thought it understood.
And the grey line at the end is the one that'll serve you most: at that instant the internal alerts have already gone out, to each person through their channel.
And this is what your team sees, at the same moment. Every order the assistant closes lands here on its own, with what was ordered, how much it adds up to and who was alerted. Nobody enters it by hand.

📣 Alert: sent to the driver
Each one is the kind that gets lost when there are twenty orders and a single phone.
Your customer writes "I need three" or "send me the usual" and that's it. No app to download, no link to open, no user account to create. The order is built in the same chat where they already talk to you.
Not one list price for everyone: the one that applies to that customer. Wholesale, retail, institutional, or the exact price your system returns for that person.
Repeats product, quantity, total, date and address, and waits for the "yes". Without that confirmation it doesn't create the order: you'll never prepare something the customer didn't ask for.
There's no cap on units or lines in an order. And the delivery can go to an address other than the one on the record: it's saved in that order, without touching your system's data.
It proposes the delivery days for their area, not any date. And if today is their day and the cut-off time hasn't passed, it goes out today.
A new order triggers the internal alerts you configure: to that account's sales rep, to whoever prepares, to whoever delivers, to administration. Each with their message and through their channel — WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
If the customer asked for something and left without confirming, the assistant asks again. Three times, at 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Then it leaves them alone.
Every order opens its card on the board and a note in the contact's record: what they ordered, when, for which day and to which address. Nobody has to remember anything.
If the order comes in by phone or at the counter, you create it from the panel. You look up the customer by name or address, and it follows the same path.
Almost no company sells to everyone at the same price. There are wholesalers, there are institutional buyers, there's the regular customer with their own deal. Cobratia resolves that hierarchy in four levels and the most specific wins.
| Level | When it's used |
|---|---|
| 1. The price your system returns for THAT customer | If your system resolves prices by route, by customer type or with exceptions, Cobratia brings them as they are. The assistant quotes the same your ERP would quote. |
| 2. A specific price for that product and that group | For the exception: this product, for wholesalers, costs this and that's that. |
| 3. A rule per customer group | Wholesale 20% off, institutional fixed price, retail the list price. Defined once and applied to the whole catalog. |
| 4. The list price | When there's none of the above, the product's base price. |
The first level matters most if you already have a system: instead of copying your prices here and having them drift out of sync, Cobratia asks yours how much it charges that person and quotes exactly that.
A new order almost never matters to a single person. It matters to whoever prepares it, whoever delivers or installs it, the sales rep who handles that account and administration. Today that's done by hand: someone copies the order, forwards it to each one, adds the address, clarifies the day. And sometimes forgets someone.
Here you build the list once and it goes out on its own. You can configure several alerts for the same order, each with its recipient, its text and its channel: on WhatsApp to whoever is out on the street, by email to whoever works at a desk, on Telegram to the internal group. The recipient can be fixed —always the same person— or resolved automatically by the customer's area.
And you choose when: as soon as the order is taken, useful when it ships the same day, or the morning of the delivery, so everyone starts the day with their full list instead of receiving loose messages at any hour.
Whoever receives these alerts is outside the assistant: the system tells them apart from a customer, so it'll never reply to them as if it were selling.
Last week's numbers from the customers selling with Cobratia today, added up and without naming any. They update on their own.
What people ask us most before getting started. If something's missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
No. They write to your usual WhatsApp, the same way they write to anyone. There's no app, no registration, no link to open. That's the reason it works: you're not asking them to change a habit.
Yes, and it's one of the most used features. There are four levels: the price your own system returns for that person, a special price for that product and that group, a general rule per group (wholesale, institutional, retail) or the list price. The most specific one wins.
Before creating anything it repeats product, quantity, total, date and address, and waits for the customer to confirm. Without that "yes" it doesn't create the order. We'd rather ask too much than prepare something nobody ordered.
Whoever you define. A list of internal alerts is configured: each one receives the full order —name, phone, address, what's in it, for which day and the notes— through whichever channel suits them: WhatsApp, Telegram or email. It can be the sales rep for that account, whoever prepares, whoever delivers or administration, and several can go out at once. You also choose when: as soon as the order is taken, or the morning of the delivery.
The assistant asks again three times, at 5, 10 and 15 minutes. If they still don't reply, the order isn't created and the case appears on the board for someone to look at. It's neither lost nor created on its own.
Yes. The catalog handles products and services alike: name, description, price and availability. A session, a consultation, an installation or a subscription is loaded just like a warehouse item, and the order follows the same path.
Yes. If your system has an API, the catalog is imported and kept up to date on its own. If not, you load it from the panel and you can also mark what's available and what isn't.
You enter it from the panel: search for the customer by name or address and build the order. It follows the same path as one taken by the assistant, including the internal alerts.
It's the only thing needed to begin: what you sell, at what price and whom you charge differently. If you already have it in a system, we pull it from there.
Selling is one of the things the platform does. These are the others.
