You get what you need today and add the rest whenever you want. It isn't eight systems passing data to each other: it's a single one, with one record per customer, and each module adds something to that record. That's why the person writing to you with a complaint, the one who owes you an installment and the one who asked you for a quote are the same person on screen.
These are the most popular combinations. If yours is different, it's put together just the same: you choose module by module.

Service + win-back
ServiceWin back customers

Everything
All eight
Serve, sell and collect on the same record: what happens in one module is put to use by the other seven.
What you didn't sign up for
You still see it. With a lock, and a button to request it.
Nobody hides what exists from you. What you didn't sign up for shows in the menu, under "Not in your plan", with a lock. If you open it, it tells you what it does and lets you request it: "I want it activated" lets us know, and we add it.
And what you do have works for real, not halfway: if a module isn't in your plan, its sends don't go out even if someone left them switched on. In "Your plan" you see in one place what you have and what you can add.

What they ask before building their plan
What people ask us most before getting started. If something's missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
Can I start with one module and add others later?
Yes, and it's the most common case. Adding one doesn't migrate anything: it uses the same contacts, the same history and the same configuration you already have. You request it from the panel, with the lock button, or by talking to us.
What about what I didn't sign up for?
You still see it in the menu, under "Not in your plan", with a lock. If you open it, it tells you what it is and lets you request it with a button: "I want it activated". In "Your plan" you see what you have and what you can add.
Can I cancel a module?
Yes. What it does switches off —for example, its sends stop going out— and it shows with a lock. Your contacts and your history aren't deleted.
Do I need to configure anything when adding a module?
Some switch on by themselves, like the CRM or your customers' app. Others need their data: the assistant, how to serve and what to answer; payment validation, the connection with the payment provider. We do that with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the modules you choose and the volume of your operation. Tell us what you need and we'll put together the proposal: guided implementation is included.
Do I need a management system to use Cobratia?
No. If you have one, we connect it and your data comes in on its own. If not, you load your contacts from an Excel or CSV file, or they get added through conversations.
Tell us what you want to solve first.
With that we tell you which modules to start with and which will suit you later. No commitment, and you try it first with a sample account.
