Cobratia's CRM keeps the relationship with every customer and every prospect: who they are, what company they're from, what was discussed, what was offered and what's still pending. The sales pipeline, quotes your customer accepts from a link, the team's calendar and everyone's tasks, in one place and assigned to someone.
And if you also use the assistant, what people ask for on WhatsApp goes into the CRM on its own, sorted by what they asked for.

Sales pipeline
You drag the card from one stage to another. Lost asks for the reason; Won closes it.
Nobody had to remember anything or copy anything into a spreadsheet: every step was saved in the contact's record.
Ana opens her day. At the top, in red, what was due yesterday; below, a meeting at 11 with its link and two calls.
Three people are waiting. One wrote last night asking for a quote: Ana taps their name and the record opens.
She calls them and notes how it went: "asked for a price for 20 users". She leaves a task for today, assigned to herself.
In the same record she creates the opportunity: "Annual plan for Gómez Hnos.". It's already in the pipeline.
She builds it from the catalog, adds the discount and VAT, and sends it via WhatsApp with the link.
When it ends, she notes how it went. The two follow-ups become tasks: one for Ana and one for Juan.
The customer opens the link, downloads it and taps Accept. Ana gets the alert and the deal moves to Won on its own.
The manager sees how much was won during the week, where deals fall through and why they were lost.
It's the heart of the CRM. It opens by tapping a contact's name on any screen, without leaving where you are, and it has everything: their notes, their tasks, their documents and the whole running history —meetings, calls, notes, quotes, files, tasks and emails—, from newest to oldest.
At the top it shows what company they're from and which deals they have open. And the same history picks up what the rest of Cobratia does: the meeting the assistant booked when the person asked for it on WhatsApp, or what they answered in a campaign survey.
Right from there you log a call, book a meeting, upload a file, write them an email or open a deal. What needs to be done goes in as a task, with a date and an owner: a note doesn't expire, a task does.

If your account also has the assistant, every incoming message —on WhatsApp, Telegram, your website chat or email— is read and placed according to what that person asked for: a meeting, a call back, a quote, information. Also whether they said they're interested, not interested, or don't want to be written to anymore.
Each one sits in a single column, the one for their latest request: a "thanks" that comes after "can you send me a quote?" doesn't take them off the list. "✓ Handled" takes them off; if they ask for something again, they show up again.
And when someone asks for a meeting, the assistant doesn't say "we'll call you": it offers three genuinely free time slots —your team's slots, minus what's already booked and what each person has busy on their calendar—, books the one they choose and sends them the video call link.

Every potential sale is an opportunity: from a contact, with its amount, its probability, the date you expect to close it and its owner. The board has one column per stage and the card is dragged from one to another. At the top you see how much the pipeline is worth —the total and the total weighted by probability— and what was won and lost in the last 30 days, each currency separately.
Stages start as six —Prospect, Contacted, Proposal sent, Negotiation, Won and Lost— and you rename them, reorder them and set their probability to match how your company works. Lost asks for the reason: it helps next time.
You pick from your products and services, or type the line by hand. Per-line or overall discount, and tax: totals calculate themselves.
Via WhatsApp with the message ready, by email from your domain, or you copy the link. Numbered: P-0001, P-0002…
Your logo and your colors, adapted to the phone. They download it as a PDF. To respond they need no account or password.
And how many times. The preview WhatsApp generates doesn't count as opened, and it doesn't show amounts.
It moves to Won for the quote's total, and its owner gets the alert. If they reject it, you find out too.
"Change the link" voids the previous one. And the link doesn't say which company it's from: without the link, there's nothing to see.

The CRM screens, one by one. At the top of each there's a bar to jump to another without going back to the menu.
What each person has to do today, in their own time: overdue items first, meetings with the button to join the video call, and tasks. With "Whole team" you see everyone else's.
With owner, due date and priority. They're shared with another person, who accepts or declines, and they have comments, files and an activity log of who did what.
Each person sets their time zone and their time slots. Meetings go to their Google Calendar with the video call link, and the team's free times are matched even if they're in different countries.
The team's log: meetings, calls and visits that already happened, with their full notes, by date or by contact.
If you sell to companies, each one gathers its people —with their role and who the main contact is—, its deals, its quotes and the latest conversation. They build themselves from the Company field of your contacts.
You write to them without leaving the CRM, with a template, your signature and attachments. It goes out from your company's email and the reply comes to you. It stays in the contact's history.
Contracts, minutes, signed quotes. They're dragged onto the record and saved in the contact's folder, in your company's Google Drive. If you ever leave Cobratia, they're still there.
Each customer's usernames, passwords and keys, stored encrypted. Only an administrator can see them, and every time someone looks, it's logged.
If your management system is connected, they come in on their own. If not, you upload your Excel or CSV file as it is: it recognizes the columns, never deletes data that was already there and puts them in a list.
You choose the period —the last 30 or 90 days, this month, last month, the year or custom dates— and just yours or the whole team's. And you see:
It's calculated on the spot from what the team already entered: no spreadsheet to build at month's end. And it prints from the browser.

Sample data. Each amount in its own currency: the report never adds pesos to dollars.
It works on its own. But if you also have other modules, each one leaves something for your sales team without anyone entering it.
It works for any business that sells: services, products, licenses, construction projects, subscriptions. If all you need is to organize your sales, you get the CRM and nothing else.
The rest of Cobratia you'll see in the menu with a lock. If you ever want the assistant to serve, campaigns to go out or payments to validate themselves, you request it from there with a button, and it adds to what you already have: the same contacts, the same history.
And to get started we give you the complete CRM manual: how to get it running on day one, a workday from start to finish and every screen explained.
What people ask us most before getting started. If something's missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
To have meetings go to your calendar with their video call and to store documents, yes: each person connects their Google account in My calendar. Google requests the narrowest permissions there are: seeing only the calendar's "busy / free" and only the files Cobratia uploads. Without Google the CRM works just the same —tasks, sales, quotes, companies, notes—, but without calendar or files.
No. Just the link: they open it on their phone, download it as a PDF and accept or reject it by typing their name. No account or password needed.
Yes. Cobratia is sold by module and the CRM is one of them. The rest —the assistant, collections, payments, campaigns, your customers' app— you see in the menu with a lock, and if you ever want it, you request it from there with a button.
If your management system is connected, they come in on their own. If not, you upload your Excel or CSV file as it is: Cobratia recognizes the columns (name, company, phone, email…), never deletes data that was already there and leaves the contacts in a list. You can also create them one by one from any search box in the CRM.
Each one has their own My day. In Tasks, Sales, Quotes and History there's "Whole team" to look at everyone else's, and a contact's record is visible to the whole team. There are three access levels: administrator, operator and read-only.
Their contacts, deals and tasks stay: you reassign them to someone else. The files are in your company's Google Drive, not in that person's.
Yes. Every screen adapts to the phone, and so does the quote your customer receives.
Yes. Times are shown in the viewer's time zone, and the pipeline and report totals are split by currency: they never add pesos to dollars.
Tell us how you sell today —in what steps, with how many people, where you keep your contacts— and we'll show it to you set up your way.
