With your company's name
Links go out short and on your company's subdomain. And on WhatsApp they arrive as a card with your logo: "Your Personal Web App".
You send a link and they're in their app: they see what they owe, their transactions and how to pay you, place their order and write to the assistant, whenever they want and without calling anyone. It carries your logo and your colors — Cobratia doesn't appear anywhere. And you choose which panels they see, out of eleven available.

What your customer sees, with your logo and your colors. The data is made up.
"How much do I owe?" "Where do I transfer?" "When do you come by?" Someone on your team answers them twenty times a day, one by one, looking up the data in the system.
The assistant already answers them on WhatsApp. The portal does something different: it gives your customer a place to look on their own, whenever they want, without writing to anyone. Whoever prefers to see rather than ask, sees.
And on your side something else changes, less obvious: your customer starts seeing your brand on a screen of its own, not in a loose WhatsApp message among forty others.

The same link as always now opens an app: at the top the data that matters —their balance, their credit or their next delivery—, a big button with the main action and shortcuts to the rest, without scrolling.
Links go out short and on your company's subdomain. And on WhatsApp they arrive as a card with your logo: "Your Personal Web App".
If you switch it on, they pick product and quantity, the day, and confirm, without writing to anyone. The order is created with the same rules as if the assistant had taken it.
With the same history as on WhatsApp. And if you want, on WhatsApp the assistant offers to continue the conversation in the app.
Their personal alias with a button to copy it; if you have payment validation, the payment is detected on its own. In Venezuela, Pago Móvil or bank transfer.
Every time it opens, it requests the data from the server. With no signal, it says there's no signal instead of showing an old balance as if it were today's.
If two people in the same household have accounts, each installs their own and sees their own, without overlapping.
There isn't a water portal and a furniture-store portal: there's a catalog of panels and you build yours. A cooperative switches on installments and invoices; a water distributor, orders and next delivery.
The strip at the top: how much they owe or "Up to date", how many installments they have, when the last payment was and when the data was updated.
Each installment with its date and amount, marking which are overdue and which are upcoming.
The unpaid ones with date, details and amount, plus the total. For those who keep a running account.
Their latest purchases and latest payments, as the account page shows them.
Their personal account number and alias, with a copy button. If you have automatic validation on, a payment made that way is detected on its own.
When their next one is due, and an order button that opens the assistant.
Name, customer number, ID, address, town, meter, delivery day. Only the ones you have loaded.
A "Is something wrong? Let us know" with its form. Careful with this: it's a request, not an edit.
A banner with the text you write. If you leave it empty, it doesn't appear.
Invites them to add your Telegram bot to receive notices there.
Who you are and how to reach you: tagline, WhatsApp, email, address.
Asking your customer to create a user account is the surest way to make sure they never get in. But easy doesn't mean open.
When someone reports that their phone or address is wrong, it's tempting to let them correct it themselves and skip the step. We don't, and it's worth understanding why.
| What happens | What the system does |
|---|---|
| The customer reports that a piece of data is wrong | It leaves a note in their record, sends an alert to your team and opens a card on the board. |
| Someone on your team looks at it | They see the old data and the new, side by side. Differences in accents or capitalization aren't even shown. |
| That person decides | They enter it in your management system, which is where the truth lives. |
| An empty field | Is ignored. It's a correction, not a deletion: nobody loses their phone number for sending the form half-filled. |
It's the same rule we apply with money: Cobratia reports, your system decides. A link you sent a customer on WhatsApp can't rewrite your database, however convenient that would be.
Tell us what your customers ask you all day and we'll choose the panels from that. Then your logo, your colors, and the link starts traveling in the messages you already send. There's no need to tell anyone or teach them how to use it.
The portal adds to what the platform already does.
