We integrate with your system
We connect to your CRM, your ERP or your database. We see the real state of each account and you see the progress of the management, in real time and in both directions.
Outsource the out-of-court management of your outstanding debts. We contact your customers in arrears, manage each case, facilitate payment through the methods your company already uses, and verify and reconcile every payment.
You recover your money.
We take care of the management.
Everything your team does by hand today when it's time to go collect.
None of them is technology: they're agreements we make with you before writing to the first customer.
We connect to your CRM, your ERP or your database. We see the real state of each account and you see the progress of the management, in real time and in both directions.
WhatsApp, Telegram, email, phone and your website's chat. Orderly persistence with a record, without depending on someone on your team remembering to call.
We define with you what to offer each profile: for some a simple payment, for others renegotiation, an installment plan or specific facilities. Every agent knows how far they can go.
They open it, see how much they owe, since when and with what interest, and pay at any hour. And we send the documents your company requires, with digital signature when the case calls for it.
Whoever is in arrears today is your customer tomorrow. We manage under that premise, and within the framework the law requires.
Here, none. Every customer receives their own personal account: when they transfer, the payment is detected, attributed to that person and your team finds out at that moment.
The payment confirms itself. It's already running, collecting for real, at customers in Argentina.
When the payment comes in, collections for that person pause for three days and we let them know by WhatsApp or email. If someone else paid, it goes in the internal note; if the amount doesn't add up, accounting is notified.
And if your management system is connected, the payment goes into your system on its own: we report it as just another payment, your system posts it and we confirm it was applied. The debt is still kept by your system, which is the source of truth.
This is the notice that goes out five days before the due date. It says how much, when and how to pay, and offers the full account details. No threats, no calls at nine at night, no surnames in a neighborhood group.
If your customer asks to see the details, they get them instantly: total balance, next installment, payment methods and the full history. Nobody on the team had to look anything up, and you see it all recorded in the panel.

Every company collects its own way: at the counter, during the driver's visit, by bank transfer, on delivery. That circuit works and your customers know it. Our job is to study it and mount the management on top, so the customer pays the way they always paid. Only now they pay.
We confirm with the customer the exact day of the next delivery in their area and arrange for them to pay during that visit. It's collected within a route that was already planned, with no extra trip and no separate collector.
We give the customer the address, the days and opening hours and, if needed, we book them a timed appointment. Nobody goes and comes back empty-handed.
Payment link, bank transfer, alias or account number, card. The ones your company already uses: we don't ask you to open a new account or change providers.
The other half is that the right person finds out in time. The notification system does it on its own.
| The driver | Which customer to collect from on the day's route, at which stop and for how much. |
| The collections department | Every payment the moment it comes in, with its receipt, ready to reconcile. |
| Management or the owner | The pulse of the portfolio: what came in, from whom and how much is still pending. |
Nobody has to ask how collections are going. The information goes on its own to whoever needs it.
The panel has a screen, Alerts sent, with every internal message the system sent on its own.
When someone asks "that payment, was the driver notified?", the answer is on that screen. It doesn't depend on someone remembering.
A large portfolio, with half the customers without a bank account. This is how it was solved.
Own delivery fleet, a good part of the base unbanked. 11,710 active contacts and US$514,627 to collect, of which US$272,909 was overdue.
We offered every customer to pay whichever way was most convenient: Mercado Pago link, alias or account number, or cash on the truck's next visit, with day and time slot confirmed. The driver got the alert of whom to collect from and administration saw every payment instantly.
The customer didn't change their payment habit. The company didn't change its logistics. The debt was collected within the route that was already planned.
All four are real Cobratia customers. They aren't all the ones we manage, nor all the industries we work in: we chose them because they show how much the operation changes from one business to another.
We manage portfolios from other industries and of other sizes. If yours isn't on this page, write to us anyway. References available on request.
A water-delivery company started using Cobratia in August. It compared its own spreadsheet with the previous month's and this is what it found.
of everything it sells
Almost 40% less in one month. It's one customer and one month, measured on its own operation: not an average nor a projection of what will happen in your company.
No fine print: if your company recovers nothing, you pay us nothing.
In most cases the service is financed, in whole or in part, by the interest or late-payment surcharges your company has already validly established with its customers.
Three ways to see how the system works before giving us a single piece of data from your portfolio.
Send us your list of overdue accounts and we'll tell you, free of charge, how much is recoverable and in how long.
What people ask us most before getting started. If something's missing, write to us and we'll answer it.
You pay a percentage of what is actually recovered: if nothing is recovered, you pay nothing. The percentage depends on the size of the portfolio and how old the arrears are, and is agreed before starting.
No. Collection is out-of-court and you define the tone, even whether it addresses them formally or informally. Anyone who doesn't want to be contacted is recorded and no rule ever writes to them again.
No. The assistant carries your logo, your colors and the name you choose. To your customer, it's your company writing.
It isn't touched. Cobratia reports the payment to you and labels the case; the balance is still kept by your system, which is the source of truth. It's a product rule.
It does, and that's usually where it shows most: the old portfolio is the one nobody calls because it isn't worth a person's time. The assistant works all of it without costing your team hours.
Yes. You can talk to the assistant right now and sign in to the platform with a read-only account on a sample company, without registering or leaving any data.
Collections is one of the six things the platform does. The others, and how the data is protected.
