Terms of use

Cobratia is software used over the internet. It lets a company serve its customers, take orders, tell them the status of their account and how to pay, record payments and sell, on the channels that company connects: WhatsApp, email, Telegram, its website chat and others. It includes an assistant that answers with the company's data and hands off to a person whatever needs one.

It is provided by Cobratia, a brand of Rodrigo Seoane Ruano (Tax ID/CUIT 27-96491224-1), domiciled at Calle 31 511, Santa Teresita (ZIP 7107), Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. Contact: cobratia@cobratia.com.

• Writing only to its own customers, about its relationship with them. Cobratia is not used to collect debts bought from or assigned by third parties, or to message purchased lists.
• Having the consent of each person to write to them on each channel, especially WhatsApp, and being able to show it if Meta or the person asks.
• Complying with each channel's policies: WhatsApp Business and Meta, Telegram and email. WhatsApp templates are approved by Meta, not by Cobratia.
• Making sure the data it loads is correct: names, phone numbers, balances and payments come from its management system or from what its team enters.
• Looking after its team's access to the panel: each person with their own user, and two-step verification where available.
• Not using Cobratia for anything misleading, to pressure or threaten, or for content the law or the channels' policies prohibit.

• It honors opt-outs. Every message says how to stop receiving them; whoever replies BAJA or taps the button goes on the do-not-contact list and no rule writes to them again.
• It does not change debts. It shows the balance and payments as the company's system reports them, and when a payment comes in it records it and reports it to that system. Who owes how much is always decided by the company.
• It processes data only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy policy: it does not sell it, share it or use it for anything else.
• It can stop sending for an account used against these terms or against the channels' policies, or that puts WhatsApp numbers at risk, and it lets the company know.
• It works to keep the service available and gives notice of changes that affect its use. Any service levels agreed with a company go in its proposal.

• Price and billing: those of the commercial proposal each company accepts. What Meta charges for WhatsApp messages is shown separately in the panel.
• Cancelling the service: the company requests it by writing to cobratia@cobratia.com. It can export its contacts and history first; afterwards its data is returned or destroyed, as it instructs.
• Changes to these terms: they are published on this page with the date above.
• Governing law: that of the Argentine Republic.
