A concrete result. With its numbers and its limits.
A water-delivery company compared its own July spreadsheet with August's, its first month using Cobratia. We publish the indicator it shared, without turning one case into a promise for everyone.
What was left uncollected out of what was sold.
A water-delivery company started using Cobratia in August. It compared its own spreadsheet with the previous month's and this is what it found.
in July
month with Cobratia
of everything it sells
Almost 40% less in one month. It's one customer and one month, measured on its own operation: not an average nor a projection of what will happen in your company.
How to read the result.
The indicator is the share of sales left uncollected: it went from 6.37% to 3.83%. The difference is 2.54 percentage points, equivalent to an approximate relative reduction of 39.9%.
It doesn't mean Cobratia collected 40% of all revenue nor that every customer gets that improvement. The percentages use each period's sales as the denominator.
What backs the case and what doesn't.
- The source is the comparison shared by the customer itself.
- It's a single company and a comparison between two periods.
- We don't have here a long series, a control group or an independent audit.
- That's why we show the change observed while using Cobratia, without attributing all of the variation exclusively to it.
The company remains anonymous. We don't publish its name, its contacts or its spreadsheet. To identify a customer or include a testimonial, their authorization is required.
How we would measure your operation.
Before starting, we agree on the indicator, the period and the source. Then we distinguish messages sent, orders taken, payments reported and payments validated, so as not to add up metrics that mean different things.
Let's see how it would work in your company.
First we understand your operation. Then we define the data, the rules and the people involved.
